Netherlands · Hosting acquisitions

Are you considering selling your hosting business?

We are actively looking for hosting companies in the Netherlands that fit us. You deal directly with us. No marketplace, no roadshow. If you want a straightforward conversation, we are easy to reach.

Maybe the business still runs well, but you no longer want to run it the same way. Less energy, less appetite for growth, or simply ready for something new.

Maybe you are not chasing the next funding round or a bigger team. You want clarity for your customers and a buyer who already understands recurring revenue and hosting.

If that sounds familiar, you are not alone. Many owners in this segment never post on a marketplace. They want a calm, direct conversation first, without broadcasting it to the market.

Why talk to PeaceWeb Group

  • We are the buyer. No broker in between, no fee model that rewards noise.
  • We prefer a clear process over a drawn-out beauty contest. Realistic timelines, honest if something is not a fit.
  • We know hosting and infrastructure. You spend time on substance, not on explaining what a VPS is.
  • Continuity matters. Customers and colleagues deserve to know what they can expect, without drama.
  • We can be flexible on structure when that helps, including assets and liabilities where it makes sense.

What we are looking for

  • Hosting providers or a clearly defined hosting customer portfolio.
  • Strong recurring revenue and healthy margins.
  • Roughly €300k to €1m in annual revenue as a practical band. Close to that range can still be interesting.
  • Profitable, or with a clear path to profitability we can work on together.

How the process works

  1. 01
    Introductory call

Short, confidential, no obligations. We listen to your situation and answer your questions.

  2. 02
    Understanding the numbers

High-level figures first. We only ask for detail when it helps both sides.

  3. 03
    Indicative valuation

A range so you know whether we are aligned before the legal process begins.

  4. 04
    Proposal

Clear terms, aligned with what we learned in diligence.

  5. 05
    Completion

Practical handover, with attention to customers, staff, and operations.

How we approach the value of your business

A sale always comes with the question: what could this mean in numbers? We will not throw out a number after the first call. But we can walk you through our thinking, step by step, so the process is not a black box.

  • We look at recurring revenue, gross margin, and the stability of earnings. In hosting, churn, customer concentration, and hardware or network capex matter just as much as the top line.
  • We normalise profit: we separate one-off items and typical owner expenses so we see what the business really earns under normal ownership.
  • Generic multiples you find online rarely apply directly. Two businesses with similar revenue can differ in risk, growth, and how much capital they need to stay healthy.
  • You receive an indicative range when we have enough high-level insight. That range becomes a firm offer after due diligence, when assumptions are tested and both sides agree on the facts.
  • We would rather give a careful range early than a number that falls apart later. That protects your time and ours.

This is an explanation of how we work, not personal financial or legal advice. Every situation is different.
